Refund Policy

At Tranquility Affair, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise where a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds may be issued for products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet your expectations.To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for refund, including personalized/customized products or items that have been used or altered from their original condition. 100% Soy Candles are not refundable if the wax is damaged by heat during shipment. It is highly advisable to order only during cool months.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@tranquilityaffair.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) to be returned and include the RMA number in the package.

 

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refund Processing:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a refund, replacement, or exchange.

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 20 minutes of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return as outlined above.
